Gregory Kirsopp - Founding Partner

As one of the youngest interns to ever work on Capitol Hill, at the age of only fourteen, Gregory's passion for politics only continued to grow as he matured. He has an extensive campaign management background, and has assisted in the management of numerous campaigns in both New York and Pennsylvania at nearly all levels of government. Gregory has also worked in the legislative and district offices of three New York City Council members, and has comprehensive knowledge and real-world experience of how to work alongside elected officials. Most recently, Gregory was brought on as the Regional Director for the New York State Republican Party; overseeing counties from Westchester to Nassau.

April Cardena - Founding Partner

As a female, Mexican-American, Republican and as a recipient of the Princeton Prize in Race Relations, April has always taken a prominent leadership role. As the Bronx Field Director for the New York State Republican Party, she used her background in grassroots party building to maximize Bronx Republican County Committee membership by recruiting hundreds of new members to join the party and filling every vacancy on the committee. April has worked onboard a multitude of campaigns across all levels of government, and, formerly, worked in the district office of a New York City Council Member. Additionally, she was featured on the GOP website as the outstanding hispanic Republican leader of the month.

James Abel - Business and Development Advisor

Jim brings over 12 years of executive sales and corporate development experience to the team. He currently heads up sales and business development for both Frequency Technology, a data and analytics company, as well well as Triller, an emerging tech and social platform. Prior to this, Jim served as Vice President of Audience and Senior Director of Business and Corporate Development at RockYou, a San Francisco-based media and tech company. Spearheading all strategic partnership and acquisition opportunities. At the height of this growth, he and his team were responsible for closing and on-boarding twelve M&A transactions in under two years, and in doing so, taking the company to profitability while scaling revenue from $25m to over $150m during that same time period.

Taylor Weyeneth - Director of Public Policy and Advocacy


Taylor Weyeneth is a public policy advocate and advisor with private sector, public sector, and non-profit experience. Taylor held the position of National Voter Services Coordinator on the successful 2016 Presidential Campaign for Donald J. Trump. After a historic victory, Taylor had the opportunity to work for the Executive Director of the Presidential Transition, advising on operational logistics and congressional referrals for building the incoming Administration's political staff. Taylor briefly served as the Deputy White House Liaison at the U.S. Department of the Treasury before serving as a the White House Liaison at the White House Drug Policy Office. Before leaving federal service, Taylor held the office of Deputy Chief of Staff at the Office of National Drug Control Policy in the Executive Office of the President. 

Alan Novich, Esq. - Legal Counsel

Alan is a multi-faceted businessman and lawyer, specializing in both corporate matters (in-house, SEC) and outside, difficult matters that need fixing. Alan is the former Senior Vice President for Steve Madden Ltd. at which he wore many hats: Management liaison to Board of Directors, Special Assistant to the CEO/Chairman, Head of Human Resources, Director of Construction Operations, Director of Lease Management, Director of Outside Legal Resources, Director of Intellectual Property and Licensing Resources, Secretary to the Board of Directors and all committees thereof. Alan has also participated in over 50 IPOS and an additional 100+ financings of public and private companies.
